Job Post – IDN Canada

IDN Canada is a leader in security hardware distribution and is currently seeking an individual for an entry level position in our Inside Sales team based out of our Burlington office. IDN Canada provides security products, access control solutions, and related hardware to locksmiths and security professionals nationwide.

The successful applicant will report to the Branch Manager and work closely with our inside and outside sales teams.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Respond to customer inquiries, entry of customer orders and preparation of quotes

Maintain and grow current customer base

Develop strong customer & vendor relationships

Strive for the highest level of customer service

Uphold company initiatives & policies internally

Support all branch personnel

Light warehouse duties

 

The ideal candidate should possess sales skills and/or customer service experience, computer aptitude, and strong communication skills. This person must be organized, passionate, and a motivated self-starter who enjoys a competitive environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are also beneficial. (Experience with mechanical or electronic security hardware is an asset, but not mandatory.) Training will be provided.
