JUNIOR/ RUGBY INFORMATION & REGISTRATION
The Burlington Centaurs Rugby Football Club is a community volunteer organization who have served the City of Burlington and surrounding area for 50 years. The Burlington Centaurs operate under the banner of our officiating bodies, Rugby Ontario and Rugby Canada. Our club is inclusive, welcoming and of course family friendly. Our sport and club highly value respect, discipline, and responsibility.

JUNIOR RUGBY (U14 - U18):

The Burlington Centaur Junior Program is focused on supporting the athlete in their growth as a rugby player. We provide a player focused program that emphasizes fair play, competitive sportsmanship, discipline, and of course fun!

The Burlington Centaurs were recognized by Rugby Ontario as the 2019 Junior Program of the Year (Male).
2023 U16 Boys 2nd place in their division
2019 U15 Boys finished 1st place in their division
2019 U19 Boys finished 2nd place, (silver medal) in Provincial Playoffs
Over 50 U16/18 registered female Centaurs
Numerous players (boys and girls) have been selected for Rugby Ontario and Rugby Canada Representative Teams.
JUNIOR TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Our U14 team practices on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-7:00pm. Training typically starts in early May if weather and field conditions permit. Games schedule TBD.
U16/U18 Boys and Girls will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30-7:00pm to better align with the Senior Men’s and Women’s Divisions. Games schedule TBD.
LOCATION: All Junior Training takes place on our main rugby pitch located at Sherwood Forest Park, 5130 Fairview Street, Burlington, Ontario.

Online registration for the 2024 season is expected to open by April 1st, 2024. Click here to register.
As part of the registration dues each athlete will receive rugby shorts, socks, and a Club T-Shirt.
