Coaches are a key piece of keeping the Burlington Centaurs Rugby Football Club
running and are vital for giving players an enjoyable and engaging experience, while
developing them as athletes, rugby players, and people.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our athletes, and to provide the best possible
development and playing experiences, the Burlington Centaurs mandate that our
coaches fulfill requirements as set out by World Rugby, Rugby Canada, and Rugby
Ontario.
We also encourage our coaches to continuously develop through the
National Coaching Certification Program and other coach development
opportunities.
